Do you sell grass-fed beef?

We specialize in offering the Certified Angus Beef brand; All CAB cattle are grass-fed and spend the majority of their lives on pasture eating grass. As cattle grow, grains like corn and wheat are added to their diets. This grain finishing enhances marbling in beef, giving it the great flavor we all enjoy. All beef, no matter how it was finished, is a good source of many essential nutrients, including zinc, iron and protein. And all CAB beef is raised by farmers and ranchers who are passionate about bringing safe and wholesome beef to the table.

 

Is there a price list?

We do not have a comprehensive price list. We update our proteins regularly with the market to ensure that we are providing the best possible price for our customers.

 

Can you order in items if you do not have them available? What meats do you not carry in-store that you can order?

Do you offer pork belly? 

If we do not already have it available in the case, we can get it in for you!

 

Do you have a link to instructions on how to cook party-size orders? 

Each of our dishes, party-size included, have specific cooking instructions on the labels. We recommend that you follow all cooking instructions and use a food thermometer to verify that the cooking temperatures of all meat, poultry, seafood, and other applicable items meet USDA’s minimum internal cooking guidelines.

 

Do you carry organ meats?

Some of our locations carry some of these products in stock, we can always try to source it for you as well.  Give us a call!
